Working in the consulting division requires a lot of creativity and patience as you are mentoring young students.

Unlike traditional Asian companies, there’s no hierarchy. Starting with the managements, everyone works extremely hard and pushes creativity to help the clients. On-going training and constructive feedbacks were very helpful for me to make adjustments quickly. The compensation and bonus were very nice. I particularly enjoyed a month-long bonus vacation to travel. Best part of the experience was working with my students closely!

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. During admissions season, everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoyed, but some might find it stressful.
