      -flexible working hours -great compensation and benefits -considerate and supportive management -recognition in the industry

      Cons

      -high expectation from clients (extra effort is required) -administrative work (lesson plans, class reviews)

      Pros

      I taught at other institutions in gangnam before, but Accel's program is by far more comrehensive. And they are fully supportive, helping you do what you do best.

      Cons

      Teaching students in international locations can be tough due to time difference.
