Middle management members are usually underqualified and ill-equipped to lead a team--too much delegation and not enough practical application. Little to no training structure, especially for customer service teams. Rampant favoritism, nepotism, and fraternizing. Unequal standards for work performance across departments. "Clicky" like high school, and just as pretentious.
