It's a sweatshop where management and corporate leadership don't give a damn about their LVNs and nurses. People don't stay much since the workload is ridiculous and the constant staff complains fall on deaf ears. They continuously get visited by state because of their mismanagement and carelessness and it's a matter of time before that place shuts down.

They have bad staffing ratios, they don't help at all with continuing education, and management has poor communication.
