Pros
It’s very satisfying to have the freedom to be able to help customers the way that we do. From triage, to analysis, to remediation, all of those things are working well, and I love the results were able to achieve.
Cons
The work is meaningful, but there’s a lot of of it.

Thank God you changed out the sales leadership. The previous leader was pathetic and childish.
Cons
Small company, so there is nowhere to hide. Need to always bring your a-game.
