      Pros

      Great clients, who come for quality relationships and quality work. Caring colleagues (sometimes a bit too much) Lovely projects.

      Cons

      The appearance of being listened to and cared about, yet no real change can be made without it being a leader's own idea. The appearance of commitment to doing right, yet broken promises repeated consistently, leaving people feeling let-down and burnt out. Stasis in the design team, which is underserved, and barely-led by thin-skinned egos. Speaking up is discouraged, as are new ideas.

      Design agency that doesn’t focus on design

      Interesting clients and projects Good strategy team 9 day fortnight

      Cons

      The company is ran by a project management team that have no understanding of the design process. They act as yes-men to clients, and the design team doing the real work suffer. The company has a bloated leadership team of people who talk a lot but don’t really do anything.

      Amazing benefits, and generous, friendly and talented peers.

      Cons

      Disconnect between how the company is viewed externally to how it operates internally, as well as how senior leadership view the company compared to how the team does. The design team especially operates a top-down model that doesn't nurture the team.
