      -High student caseload -Expected to work evenings and weekends -During application season, counselors could be working up to 60 hours a week

      Pros

      Everyone is very committed to the quality of the work we do, the families and groups we work with, and to each other. Leadership appreciates staff – it really feels like we're all in this together, even though many of us work virtually.

      Cons

      The fall can be extremely busy, but it's similar to working in schools or on college campuses in that way.

      Pros

      Being a small company, everyone's voice is heard and all contributions to the team are treated equally. The staff is fantastic- one of the best teams that I've been a part of! Leadership really cares about the happiness and well-being of their employees.

      Cons

      Since many of the team members are remote, there are fewer opportunities to collaborate as a group. However, the virtual nature allows for more flexibility and a great work-life balance!
