Pros

Good money, great benefits, company vehicle, phone, and laptop

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from absent, heavy-handed management. Expected to cram more into a day than there is time for. They promise training for highly technical work that never comes even though you are expected to perform tasks that require the training. Expected to spend hours at a time outdoors in all weather conditions - sometimes through the night into the morning. Badly executed performance based metrics are rammed down your throat daily. Often, technicians will be working several hours for free just to keep their metrics up so that they do not get harassed by management.
