Seems priorities are set by the IT Management and not across the organization. Seems managment is not aligned. - Executives lack basic HR skills. You can't tell them anything without them telling everyone else. Some of your personal information is easily shared with other coworkers.

They have no real document proff of savings. Device companies will not sell to AMQ at a same price they sell the hospitals. Attempting to save money when you can purchase the product at a reasonable price is fultile. Device companies are actively working against AMQ. The process to far to disruptive to the health plans. Modifying contracts is far to difficult. There is no solution for the hospital market. Executive management has churned 3 times in past 6 years. Thier leadership comes from the Radiology Benefits space with has no common background to device benefit management.
