      Pros

      Great company to work for with a good vision to proceed forward and expand. Several wonderful employees with a great support out of state parent company. Would return to this company if the opportunity presented itself.

      Cons

      Some poor employees seemed to force the great employees out the door. Being more proactive could have prevented this from happening.
