Pros

The clients and their families. I became very close with several during my YEARS at this company.

Cons

The CEO lacks basic management skills. She really has no idea of what a good employee is or how to treat one. She makes decisions without weighing the consciousnesses down the road. The decision making is MADDING!! Middle management stands NO chance of teaching and training good employees. As a CEO her main focus has always been to find out the bad and beat it to death. She doesn't think of anything as a teachable moment, She would rather punish and fire good employees than encourage and lead. The pay is horrible. She offers no benefits. She is a throw back to the days before labor unions when big bosses could do what ever they wanted to their employees, including yelling, degrading, and demoralizing,

Pros

None at all. I was there for seven months working HR and this company butns every brisge with thier ermployees. Throughout the time I was here doing exit interviews...I can honestly say not a single employee left happy.

Cons

The CEO of this company is a complete scatter brain. She lacks any real leadership qualities and what it means to be a CEO. She is a liar and a thief yet expects more from her employees. The pay was sub par and lack of benefits really means stay away!

Pros

All the clients & the difference you make in their lives. Nothing else

Cons

Owners belittle you Management is based on nepotism 99% of fellow staff members are lazy & unqualified Though you care deeply for the people you are serving, this is not the norm at Accessabilities. Mostly everyone is self-serving & care only about their minuscule paychecks. If you don't attend the Christmas party on your weekend off, you do not get a bonus.
