The company was purchased but they treated those of us who were not brought to the new company respectfully.

Cons

I believe the communication that I would not be moving to the new company could have been shared sooner.

Worst company ever! They micromanage, leads/supervisors treat the reps terrible, leads/supervisors refuse to do their job most of the time, they will avoid taking supervisor calls and in my case are undertrained. I’ve had to walk leads through certain processes because they didn’t know what they were doing. Did I mention they micromanage? They have no problem hounding you but the moment you need them they’re either nowhere to be found or their response is “did you check your process guide? OR did you try to de-escalate? There’s SO much more I could say, but I’ll leave it at that.
