      Innovative product that provides real results.

      Cons

      No culture within the company, mediocre benefits, CEO is overly involved in social media and micromanages the whole process, lack of communication within teams and leadership as a whole, lots of misdirection and side conversations that cause team confusion. Overall toxic work place

      Pros

      Compensation is the best in the industry. The product is very very solid with amazing customer feedback. Lots of room to move up at the company if you perform well. New Leadership is bringing on all the right people on board and the momentum is clear.

      Cons

      Former employees were not the best, but they are all gone.

      Pros

      Leadership does genuinely care about the employees. The will listen. The comp plan is stellar. The technology is even better. The buyers recoup investment quickly and truly love the tech. The patients love it even more. Company is still in early years and has an amazing opportunity to truly be the most impactful piece of technology in the space.. frankly, ever.

      Cons

      Growing pains at times. However, they end up doing the right thing every step of the way. Measure twice and cut once mindset can sometimes slow processes, but necessary.
