      Pros

      Some team members become like family. Corporate invests in adequate training for management. Optimistic outlook from corporate. 1-2 fun company events a year. Ambitious and knowledgeable CEO and maintenance lead.

      Cons

      Obvious favoritism and apparent dislike of some staff members by corporate. Rude and inconsiderate owners. Poor work/life balance. Low pay. High ambition with low funds. Everyone is overworked which leads to tension.
