      Pros

      As a team leader I am well supported by upper management. The company is growing all the time and there are exciting opportunities for the right people who have the right mindset. Most person centred company I have worked for. The people we support come first! People who haven't done care before can easily be employed as a support worker if they show the right temperament and drive but expect strange shift patterns and 100% commitment.

      Cons

      Long hours. Little work life balance but you have to manage your time and be fully committed to your role. Even if you are a support worker you are expected to 'move mountains'. Personally I don't see this as a bad thing. If you have the passion and you give it your all this won't be a negative. Nobody should come into care for the money! The company is always growing which gives opportunity for management positions however this can put a strain on the team, but you can't grow without a challenge!

      Horrible company

      Pros

      People you care for are brilliant and deserve the world. Rewarding career and opportunity to do training though not paid as they claim.

      Cons

      Dishonest company. Uncaring staff - managers etc. super unorganised and unprofessional. Minimum wage for the role they expect you to do. Administration of medicine when barely trained to do so.
