      Good Salary comparative to the rest of the market. No micromanagement if you can prove you can do your job. Relaxed office environment. Free lunch on Fridays

      Cons

      Bare minimum holiday allowance, 28 days including bank holidays. Christmas period automatically deducted from this balance.
