Pros

-The owners seem like great guys but I don't think they know what really goes in on their company -Most of the other agents are nice -Lots of very high profile members

Cons

-Very "highschool", "clique" behaviour by management -Tales of promotions and educational opportunities are non-existent or reserved for the "cool" group -Management is not receptive to feedback -Lots of gossip, stressing and negativity from management -Hired on contract and advised of a certain amount of hours however they get cut back and changed with very little notice -Training is very poor

extremely tempermental and arbitrary upper management, exhausted and spread too thin lower management, a perilous, soul destroying environment with a cult of personalities
