Pros

The company has many solid product lines and a secure future in Ontario with many high-profile clients and provides a service that was recently mandated publicly by law. The benefit package is excellent.

Cons

The company has been in business for over ten years but seems to have little concept of what will increase company morale and retention. Salaries range from minimal to very poor, management shows clear favouritism and the climate is poor. This company often advertises themselves as offering excellent salaries and having many frequent advancement opportunities but this is not really the case. Hours are frequently promised on hiring and then immediately cut "to meet business needs".

Pros

Easy work. Gained skills that are transferable to other companies. Paid breaks and lunch breaks.

Cons

Low pay. Little to no benefits. They will put you to start on a 6 month contract. After 6 months they will likely delay offering you a full time position. Once they see you are fed up with their practices, they may offer you a full time position. However, once you get offered a full time position, you are on another 6 month probation before you get any benefits.
