      Worked from home. Decent pay. Everything provided by the company needed to work.

      Cons

      Micromanaged. Terrible bonuses. CEO oblivious to the actual company, goes on a monthly rant thats pretty much nonsense each time. Unrealistic expectations vs quality of work.
