Some favoritism and nepotism, slight "class warfare" mentality between management and floor employees (i.e. team-player mentality lacking, pertinent details about jobs and tasks treated as need-to-know basis or even "nuclear secret"-level safeguarding), no real training programs in place
Only good thing about the place is the people you meet there. The other employees that you grind with everyday.
Cons
They don't care about their employees. They have you run machines that don't run properly. Mangement screams and throws objects at operators when mad. They don't care if your dying or sick they just want you there to work. Will fire you on disability. Hires known drug addicts, which this puts everyone life in danger. Makes promises of progressing in company but doesn't keep thier word. Crappy place to work.
