Friendly and understanding management and ownership, fundamentally sound business ethics, lean manufacturing processes, very low waste, brightly-lit, safe and secure work environment

Some favoritism and nepotism, slight "class warfare" mentality between management and floor employees (i.e. team-player mentality lacking, pertinent details about jobs and tasks treated as need-to-know basis or even "nuclear secret"-level safeguarding), no real training programs in place

Great family company. Benefits are great as well (good options).

Pay is lower than preferred.
