Pros

You get a decent pay. Damages in the building turn into company lunch. Easy to advance if you can analyze management. No ones that smart in upper management

Cons

Managers use you to complete their tasks. Prepare to have inconsistent mood shifts from management personnel. Once you start OT you cant really switch back to regular hours otherwise it’s a problem Beware upper management can’t fill another roll/ help without an attitude Pay discretion cause pay raises only due to favoritism and you’ll see it Jealous peers depending on how much you openly share.
