Managers use you to complete their tasks. Prepare to have inconsistent mood shifts from management personnel. Once you start OT you cant really switch back to regular hours otherwise it’s a problem Beware upper management can’t fill another roll/ help without an attitude Pay discretion cause pay raises only due to favoritism and you’ll see it Jealous peers depending on how much you openly share.
