You will get a weekly check, they have one nice Haas Mill, and the shop has air conditioning.
Cons
No overtime, no benefits, no raises, the owner don't care about the employees safety, it's a small shop so they don't follow the rules that large shop would as far as the way that they communicate with employees, they try to find the cheapest worker and they be unskilled with questionable backgrounds.
