      Good products, free stuff sometimes Able to promote quickly if that's your desire

      Cons

      Selling stuff in Sam's club without supervision for commission. I'm not money-focused, so this job was awful for me. Long hours for sometimes very low pay.

      Team environment with great support

      Pyramid company, little advance in schedule, sales job with pressure to perform for the promised "healthy" paycheck, expected to show up early and not clock in-stay late and not clock out, come in to meetings on your days off

      Great team environment with a lot of support and motivation from coworkers Opportunities: travel, work in different stores, meet and work with different people, discovering some neat products

      Cons

      Lack of structure, communication and organization Poor planning - lack of knowledge of logistics Lack of focus on moving people up as promised Commission based pay - hard work doesn't always pay off
