      Pros

      Purpose-driven organization with fantastic leadership and fun, capable team! Empower team-members to speak up, contribute ideas, and take initiative. Get to be involved in exciting, varying projects on a daily basis. Fast-growing with loads of opportunities to learn and advance.

      Cons

      No big cons. Fast-paced environment that rewards high-performers; not a place to slack off. I wouldn't recommend to anyone who thrives in highly established, structured environments with predictable schedules.

      Start up do what you can mentality, Good people Good name and high end searches

      Disorganized firm trying to say they do something they do not Cognitive distorted reality Ego driven

      All talk, no substance.

      Pros

      Relative to the rest of the recruiting industry, some decent personalities and reasonably intelligent individuals. Get comfortable with the miserable daily task of cold calling.

      Cons

      Job well done to the marketing team for putting together a strong brand but shame on the Partners for not building out any substance behind it. All the stuff you see in their web presence is literally just words. Zero structure or method to their madness. Partners struggling to keep the firm from contracting any further than it has. Headcount has not grown in at least two years. It’s live or die by every search - that’s what is meant by “fast paced”.
