1. Management always do the blame-game whenever a problem arises. 2. HR doesn't care about your problems re your employment and salary. 3. Management always sides with the admin dept. The whole company looks down on the operations department. 4. No growth for licensed professionals, they only see you as their pawn, easy to replace. 5. No contract for employees. They will make you do jobs that aren't stated in your job offer. 6. Low basic pay, no salary increase. 7. Eventhough you are hired as office-based, they will just deploy you on-site w/o any additional benefits. Then you have to work on saturday (unpaid) eventhough your job offer states that your work schedule is Monday to Friday. If you did not attend a saturday work on-site, they will deduct it on your salary. 8. HR is not transparent with the computation of your payroll, overtime, per diem, monetary benefits, and others. They will get mad if you ask too many questions or if you try to correct them. 9. Politics everywhere, some employees are untouchable or the company rules doesn't apply to them because of their connections or tenurity. 10. Seniority at its finest. If someone was hired before you, he/she will not respect or address you as his/her superior eventhough you are the head of a certain department. Older employees will never repect the newly hires as supervisors eventhough they were hired in that position. 11. Almost all employees acts like they are superiors or as if they know everything. They think that they are the smartest in the company. 12. Other employees or departments judge your work eventhough they themselves can't even do it. 13. Belittling others is rampant here. You will be judged or talk behind your back even by the smallest things you've done. 14. The HR spreads information from your pre employment records so be careful what you put in there. 15. As much as possible do not say any personal information unless you want to be everyone's topic
