      Great perks. Good people in lower management.

      Cons

      Sexual harassment has been brought up to HR and it was dismissed due to the role the individual had. Pretty sad when several employees notify HR of the same person and the employee remains after several months. Additionally, many people have been fired within the past year for budget cuts. This company takes what they can get from each person hired and then throws them away when they’re done. Would not be surprised if this company went out of business in the relative future.

We also appreciate the recognition that we employ good people in lower management. Yes, we did realign our goals and headcount in 2021 to due moving to a subscription-based model and changes in our industry. These changes made the company stronger going into 2022. Lastly, Aceyus takes any complaint about sexual harassment very seriously. Based on what I believe you are describing, I can confirm I played an active role in directly addressing the situation and taking appropriate measures. I do not tolerate inappropriate behavior at any level in the organization, regardless of position. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with valuable feedback.

      Dysfunctional Organization

      Hard to say honestly but I believe there are some good people in the company.

      Cons

      Vaporware. No true product. There’s a lot of nepotism and a significant lack of accountability for certain individuals that are in right with upper management. Slow to make decisions and a cancerous culture fostered from the top down.

Regarding your comment stating our products are "vaporware," I am sorry you feel that way about our unique product. Our product is in many of the best companies in the world, and our clients are happy. We have employed many talented individuals who brought this product to market, and we continue to evaluate how we can make the product even better over time. While Aceyus employs a few family members, none of them are supervisors of their direct family members. We encourage our employees to refer friends and family who will complement our culture. I am uncertain of the origin of your remarks made about holding others accountable and the culture being cancerous. Accountability is paramount to delivering a great product to our customers, and I want every employee to feel they are respected and valued. We can always do better, and I will take your feedback under advisement.
