I would like to share my complete experience about Acezd. Selection Process. I had two technical interviews. The interview is based upon subjects that I learnt at college. The interviews are fairly exhaustive and difficult to crack. The interviewers were very knowledgable and friendly. They made sure that I was able to think beyond the obvious. It helped me learn how to apply academic subjects in real life. After interview, I was offered an internship for 6 months. Soon after internship, I had a family exigency and I could not go to office for 2 months or so. Everyone at Acezd was very supportive to me during the tough times. They introduced my family to close doctors who could provide the right advice, whatever was possible in the rough times. While no one could repair the unfortunate damage, I surely found an extended family at Acezd. After resuming office after setting personal situation, I started working at Acezd, they helped me come to normancy of life, as they say, work was my therapy. In terms of type of work, the work is very challenging and learning is brilliant. Each team member has his or her own use case to implement, helping each one of us become a full stack developer. Further, we use collaboration approaches like design thinking to build the best softwares to future. The firm is helping me inculcate deep thinking and sophisticated algorithms, thus, helping me learn both functional and technical subjects. I would also like to share the firm offers great work life balance, inspite of the tough work we are trying to achieve, we are always able to leave office in time. Although, the firm has 6 days as a week by agreement with all employees, since we as employees understand the goals we are trying to achieve need to be achieved in near future to bring new ideas to life and avoid competition and right now we need to work diligently towards goals we are trying to achieve. Also, I shared my aspiration that I would like to do higher studies, the leadership not only supported me emotionally but also offered to help me financially. No one does this to a freshmen selflessly, it was surely very gratifying. Soon after resuming work, my seniors really liked my work and confirmed my employment with a raise only 2 months after internship along with a raise. I have read the other interview feedback, but, trust me the intense interview process is well worthed. Every single person at Acezd is technically brilliant and has a great attitude towards software development. They only select the best people. Regarding compensation, I have seen comments that compensation is not suitable, I assure as an employee the compensation is suitable reward to the skills. I feel very lucky to be a part of journey at Acezd. Surely could not have asked for more.
