A Black Company. This is a business entity that exploits workers and fails to improve or take corrective measures despite warnings by the government authorities. This company uses legal loopholes to participate in Human trafficing. They force many Filipino women to live in horrible conditions under one roof as they are harrassed by Japanese management. They live in groups of 9 or more in a small studio. They are willing to do anything in order to not return to the Phillipinnes. This makes them extremely vulnerable. They are often worried if they will even receive their small salary. Avoid this company at all costs. The CEO needs to be put in prison! It is a Mafia style business model.
