Pros
- Beautiful artworks - Main staffs are friendly - Lots of materials and resources for students - Environment looks pleasing - Location is good - Variety of workshops and trial lessons
Cons
- some staffs can be REALLY unfriendly and rude to newcomers like me - fast paced not just for me, but the students - unprofessional, does not reply to emails promptly and fired me without any reasons and room for improvements - assistant felt more like just doing the same amt of the work, huge lack of training, it's just on the go, did not feel like there's any training at all haha - don't think this is for those who are inexperienced in art, when stated in the job details, because it seems I'm inadequate despite having a design and some teaching background, if you like kids, this does not suffice at all. - organisation seems messy and too fast paced to the point the teachers actually PAINT for the kids - IMPORTANT: they do not give contact number for some reason and only contact you via email the day before you are scheduled to work (can be very late at night), even then, I am unsure when are my working days as I have to ask for confirmation since there is NO roster. If you are full time studying or is busy in general, just forget about working with them unless they change their method of communication. It is infuriating.
