Pros
manage like a family, possible growth if managed properly - which was not the case (almost went bankrupt)
Cons
* the father has his favorites employees, if you're not - get out! * managed poorly - the engineers mostly don't know how to manage people * if you are a woman, don't got there - there are two levels of people, men and women (and they are not worth the same)!
