      The work hours aren't bad

      Cons

      This company is a revolving door for employees. They make you feel like part of the family coming in but change fast. They have very unrealistic expectations of the employees. Also a very gossipy and click culture even when they say they arent.

      Pros

      -They hold multiple company events throughout the year and reimburse for lodging and mileage. -The CEO and other owners seem like good personable people.

      Cons

      The two previous reviews left this year, I share the same sentiment with. Upper management will overload you with unrealistic expectations and expect miracle to occur somehow. If you are looking for a job that provides a good work/life balance, This is not the job for you. The turnover rate at this company is very high possibly because of this. Most of the properties are never fully staffed as well.

      Competitive pay Good bonuses Company events CEO and COO are a few of the nicest and most genuine guys you'll ever meet

      Cons

      Overwhelmingly budget oriented HR dept is small (one person), and struggles to provide proper guidance throughout sensitive situations. You WILL get thrown under the bus by HR if you are not overly careful in situations you might not fully know how to navigate.
