      Management makes absolutely no effort to get to know what their employees jobs entail. Because of this, they make decisions and promises to customers that are unrealistic. All they care about is pushing product out the door and making the numbers look good. Quality has gone out the window. The morale is terrible and there is no team spirit at all. It's everyone for themselves. They have no loyalty or concern for their employees. You are just a number. Whatever you do, DO NOT report a concern of any kind. You WILL be punished. They do not want to hear anything other than "the numbers are good, customers are happy, employees are happy, quality is good, and everything is safe". Absolutely none of that is true of course, but you will be blackballed if you say otherwise. Beware.

      Most of the people are nice and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no loyalty to the employees that work here. They will act like everything is fine, but behind the scenes they are just looking for a way to replace many of you. They talk about work life balance, but they don't actually do much to make it happen. If this is a place that you are thinking about working, I recommend looking somewhere else. They will say whatever they need to in order to draw you in and you will soon find out that none of it is true. I should have listened to these reviews before accepting this position.

      Not a healthy workplace

      Pros

      Pay is respectable. New office is bright but very open. I cannot envision more "pros" to fill out the 20 word minimum

      Cons

      Terrible leadership. Mismanaged projects. Overly stressed and overly sensitive group. No clear direction on plan. Priorities change daily making it impossible to deliver on time.
