No respect no guidance, worked like a dog, expected to be thankful for it
Pros
1. After having worked here... you will realise the grass is really indeed so much greener at pretty much anywhere else you can even eat mud and it will taste like honey.. 2. Get to be linked to and gain experience in Data Center Industry
Cons
Condescending towards subordinates... yes Bad Remuneration.. yes... salary is poor around SGD 3k for fresh grad singaporean from govt university. Poor annual increment... yes... before covid, annual increment is poor.. 50 dollars. Poor bonus... yes.. before covid, no aws, bonus around 1.5 month plus. Management is nitty gritty and frown upon employees enjoying any miniscule benefits like claiming cost for transportation to far flung locations. Management is not there to guide or advise you and there is no proper direction from the management on how to best do your job. Management make no effort to establish of cohesiveness of the team or raise the morale. When things go south, you are blamed for not checking. To put things into perspective, there are thousands of things to check, and there is no real definitive scope for what is the most important thing to check. Not knowing what to scrutinize result in a lot of time wasted but hey the company is paying you a salary so giving all your time to the company even when inefficient is what they like to see.
