The old management hired all their friends for top positions. They’ve been let go and new management is doing the same, but they are also clueless and bad at their jobs.
Management doesn't listen to their employees. Often private conversations with employees would turn into a gripe session about how awful it is to work there. Work / life balance is terrible.
