Pros

The office itself looks nice, and there are a few people who are genuinely kind and helpful.

Cons

This company has been deteriorating rapidly. Things are going downhill at an alarming rate. Salaries are frequently cut for trivial reasons, sometimes even due to issues with faulty equipment. The leadership team seems to believe that offering minimal pay entitles them to treat employees like machines with no personal life. The overall work culture is extremely toxic, where communication is one-sided—everyone just gives orders without listening. Several employees exhibit serious behavioral issues, and it's shocking that they haven't been let go. The workplace environment is filled with negative practices, making it a very unhealthy place to work.

Pros

It's really challenging to identify any positives about this company. However, you might come across a few genuine and kind-hearted coworkers who can make this harsh environment a little more bearable. For individuals without prior job experience, it might offer an opportunity to learn, but I doubt the experience gained here will add much value to your career in the long term.

Cons

The company operates in a highly unethical and disorganized manner. Deceit and dishonesty seem to be embedded in their practices. They appear clueless about managing their operations and often force employees to work long hours beyond the standard schedule without compensation. No matter how minor, mistakes are met with berating and salary deductions, creating an atmosphere of constant fear and stress. For the entire month, I worked there, I was under immense stress and tension, which severely affected my mental health and well-being. My personal experience was particularly disappointing. I applied for a Machine Learning Internship but was told the position was filled. Instead, they pushed me into a Data Annotator role, which I later discovered was a bait-and-switch tactic they employed with every recruit for this position. The compensation was equally misleading. I was promised 6000 Taka, but they paid me around 1500 Taka under the excuse of dissatisfaction with my work. The company does not respect workers or value their efforts. Their behavior towards employees is unprofessional and overly harsh, with little regard for ethical or contractual obligations. They disregard agreements, act arbitrarily, and have no respect for documentation or formal processes.

Pros

The office environment is good. The majority of the employees maintain proper manners.

Cons

- The workload and expectations set for the employees are unrealistic. - very low salary compared to the work pressure and expectations. - The management takes employees for granted and expects them to work beyond their office hours, weekends, and holidays regularly. Despite such efforts, the workload cannot be met most of the time. - Regardless of the time and effort invested, the management makes the employees feel that they are not putting in enough effort. - There are a few employees with severe behavioral issues and the management does not seem to care much.
