It doesn’t feel like a typical corporate office; there’s no unnecessary pressure or office politics, which makes it a healthy and stress-free place to work.

Many freshers join as Associates, and for some, the role helps clarify career expectations early on. This leads to a slightly higher attrition rate, which is understandable given the current job market situation in Bangladesh and the company’s rapid growth.
