      Salary just slightly above average Some perks (wellness day additional PTO)

      Cons

      Unrealistic sales targets Lack of support from senior management Church/brethren influence (expecting to see reviews soon from members to fix the falling rating) Don’t fall for the people and culture video that they advertise, promote diversity but only listen to their own opinions

      Pros

      Pay is OK. If you are a man or a Brethren (religion) there are lots of opportunites.

      Cons

      Very male chauvinistic. Like to hire vey young people (cheap labor). The religious thing is just weird. The Chauvinistic part is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Everything is ran by Brethren.
