      Pros

      Growing company with great people and culture. You generally don't have to wear every hat under the sun. Competitive salary with bonus, general benefits, off on weekends and holidays. If you have capability and experience you'll be fine. They try to put the people first for successful business.

      Cons

      I don't have any at the moment. Nothing is perfect. This is a growing company with growing pains.
