Zero culture. No real opportunity to make commission. Old school out of touch "leadership" who have zero people skills. Talk to you like you are a child. People leave managers not jobs. And there's a lot of people who have left these managers.

Leadership only cares about numbers. Sacked the majority of the global Support Team, with decades of experience, and replaced them with resources from countries known for cheap labor. Makes the company stock value look great I imagine. Customer support will suffer - and management knows.
