This company is fishy, and reps in other departments who have next to no reading comprehension report you to management before asking you a question or for context. There's a lot of drama and the pay doesn't match the stress. Loans sit in underwriting for upwards of 120 days, Account Executives do not train their brokers, and thus they have unrealistic turn times for files to close. They recently mass fired a lot of employees and masked it as "unacceptable performance”. I was not one of these people and this is not a spite review. The company is in bad shape and they masked their mass firing by telling these poor people that they had performance issues. Last I heard it was over 40 people. -No 401k match -Cannot take a vacation because your pipeline will be so far in the gutter when you return that you’d be fired for aforementioned performance issues -Middle management is clueless to the needs of the employees -Very much agree with previous reviews concerning nepotism -Sales teams and leadership need better training

Everything else. The pay isn’t worth the headache of constant policy changes and favoritism. They let you go for “performance”, even if you’ve never had any issues before. No warnings, no write-ups, nothing. They talk about “customer service” being a priority but this is the worst company I have ever worked for.
