This causes frequent misunderstandings and inefficiencies. 3.NO WORK BALANCE IN THIS TEAM, 5-10 HR A WEEK OT IS VERY NORMAL. 4.You have to mandatory take 1 hr break if you hourly, so if you do 2 hr ot, you come here 8:30 am, you go home 7:30 pm. And this no fair because if you take salary they just come 9 and go home 5 or come 10 go 6. And the company have rule you can’t wfh if you live within 15 mile, but I don’t think everyone follow the rule. Again, no one like this rule and lot of people gone because of it.
