      Not much fun, but you can make a living

      Pros

      Had an awesome culture before becoming a stand alone company.

      Cons

      Multiple layoffs of production people. When anyone is fired or quits, their duties are passed to other employees. No one from the production floor has been replaced in more than 8 months. No production floor jobs are listed.

      Living in Thailand is the only pro.

      Cons

      Low salary with only pay-cuts, expect your contract to change for the worse between agreement and contract signing. Illegal contracts. Illegal activities. Management are vocal in their dislike of key competent employees, whilst rewarding incompetent but compliant employees. There is a terrible toxic management culture that appears to be either initiated or supported by the CEO. There is a stated policy of no @ssholes, the senior management clearly do not like competition.
