      Pros

      Actia India is good company for learning, Balance of life and leaves. Salary never get late. Team work upto Asst. Manager.

      Cons

      Dedication towards work doesn't matter. Nobody focus on After sales and customer satisfaction. jealousy, politics, drama, blaming are the parts of senior level. They have negative thoughts. No Motivation. Company policy is applicable upto managers only. For upper levels, company policy does not matter. They do arbitrary. Nobody trust on employee.

      Office building is one of the best in the area.

      ost managers like those who suck up to them. Being the bosses favorite will guarantee a good score regardless of actual performance. Performance assessment is a joke, based on personal feelings, with total disregard to ticketing software data, and overall effort/output.
