      Thank you for your review! In an earlier review an employee said “garbage never stops!” which is certainly true. We know that our employees work hard, and we want everyone to feel that the effort they put in is paying off - both financially and for their career advancement.

      Pros

      -Friendly work environment -The company listens to everyone's input or advices. That is a great think to have that open communication with each dept and the Upper management. -It was easy for me to adapt which is a good thing because the Company culture/Values align with mine. -You will have hands on a lot of things since day one. -The company is growing which may result to a promotion to some employees

      Cons

      -Less accountability, but the company is improving on that aspect.

      Honestly A Great Place to Work

      Pros

      I’ve been a working professional for over 10 years now and have had countless other jobs. I can honestly say this is the best place I have ever worked. The work can be challenging (which is a good thing), but it’s really the people that make Action a great place to work. The culture is fun, respectful, and like one big family. The members of the executive team are extremely approachable and transparent. You can tell that everyone at Action genuinely cares and wants each other to succeed.

      Cons

      Since it's a waste management service business, they do not observe many holidays (garbage never stops). But we do get a lot of PTO days.

Even though we have more than doubled in size over the past several years, we strive to keep the close-knit, caring and transparent culture of a smaller business alive and well.
