Pros

Training is extensive and pay is fair.

Cons

Main floor manager lacked people skills, very little understanding for family life, job is 8-5 Monday - Friday making it near impossible to go to a doctor or dentist appointment. The business allows employees to "Flex" a lunch taking a longer lunch one day while making it up the rest of the week for appointments but this still extremely limits when you can get seen by a medical professional. This job is not for the weak as you will deal with many irate borrowers.

Pros

If you like your coworkers in your personal space all day, then this job is for you. If not, the only pro I can come up with is the day I left.

Cons

This place wants to program you to perform like robots that act the same and sound the same. There is no flexibility and this position is highly micromanaged. The company was secretive about the stipend you received for working a government contract. Any employees who were aware of the stipend and inquired about it got glossed over until the company was ready to talk about it. This company constantly cheated collectors out of their commission. If too many collectors were about to hit goal, sometimes upper management would change the goal requirements at the end of the month.
