Pros
AOS provided great mentorship for someone new to the field. Good systems were set in place. Schedule was very flexible for part time work. Did not experience any micromanaging. They provide continuing education. Pay rate was fair. I highly recommend this company if one is interested in working the industrial setting.
Cons
No benefits or full time work. However I think they are striving towards these two things.
