Dissapointng, worst management from CEO I've ever experienced

Competitive salary, good bonuses. Not a lot of benefits though

Cons

List would be endless but I'm focusing on this main pain points: Micromanagement is crazy, couldn't even go to the bathroom without the system discounting those minutes from my working hours. Woke up just to realize I didn't have access to my credentials anymore. CEO didn't have the decence of letting people know at least in a meeting. I've met extremely talented people working and wasting their skills in an environment where new ideas are not welcome and people is seen as an asset not different from a computer or a pencil, that's the way you feel working here. No culture, no clear vision, an environment set to failure.

They post fake positive reviews here, CEO does not care about work life balance and is totally unpredictable. Extreme micromanagement and old school mentality, some racist comments
