Pros
They help you to get started in the U.S. market as a foreigner. The company is really helpful working with you to get your resume well done and to find you a job that suits you well; good communication with everybody while you get your first project.
Cons
As a consultant company, the salary's not that good. Once you get your first project with a client the only communications you have with them is the required documents they need. Most of the times when you ask for something, they will not respond quick and will make you wait a bit for a response.
